Sorry, no finished picture, I was hungry.
I modified this recipe, and used left over meatballs from Friday, which included the tomato sauce they were cooked in. I am not entirely sure how much was in there, so I added two 8oz cans of tomato sauce, mushrooms, garlic, celery, carrots, and seasoning from the recipe. We had just a little but left over.
I enjoyed this recipe and rated it a 4 wile B rated it a 2. But, he's biased and has a favorite spaghetti sauce, so it's hard to compete. I am not too particular on my spaghetti sauce.
C and E both ate lots of it and were pleased with dinner tonight. They both enjoyed some ambrosia salad made with Nana's recipe for dessert.
