Food and Other such things

In February 2017 I decided that the way I was cooking dinner needed to change. I was tired of eating the 5-10 meals and constantly having to come up with something at the end of the day when my 4 (C) and 1 (E) year old are at their most crazy ;) I was also tired of eating out more often than not (and honestly, so was my husband (B).) So, I decided to spend the month of February cooking only crock pot meals M-F, and then eating left overs on the weekend. 

During that time, due to interest in my adventure, I posted reviews of the meals I made to Facebook and Instagram so others could maybe find inspiration in their own kitchens. I also learned that having a theme for what dinner would be helped me to better plan out our meals and shopping lists. So, I plan to continue having monthly meal themes, however, instead of continuing to post pictures of my food to Facebook and Instagram everyday, I have decided to keep a blog with pictures and reviews of our meals. 

I will post the meals from February here as well, so that they are all in one spot. I will also include pictures of the recipes (properly sighted for the recipe originated from). 

If you'd like to follow along, please do. My reviews are rated on a 5 Star rating and I include the reaction of my 4 and 1 year old as well. I also include the points for weight watchers, listed as WWP+. Hopefully I can keep this blog endeavor going better than my previous endeavors. There's always hope ;)
