This was really good. I used andouille sausage, but I think next time I'll used smoked. This dish definitely had some kick to it. B enjoyed it as well. I didn't change much, just made half the amount in the recipe, which was the perfect amount for us.
C ate some of her meat but didn't like the rice, E didn't like any of it. I'd make it again though.
